Bringing an RV to Palmerosa

Hocking Hills has narrow, steep and winding roads, so the route you take matters when towing a camper or driving a motorhome. Palmerosa has RV sites that accommodate rigs up to 60+ feet, with some larger sites available.
For the easiest RV approach, we recommend coming from US-33 through OH-180, OH-678 and OH-374 before entering Keifel Road.

Important RV Driving Tips

  • Do not follow GPS if it directs you onto Sowers Road. The road does not connect through.
  • We do not recommend turning onto Keifel Road from Big Pine Road when towing or driving a larger RV because of the steep grade.
  • If you are unsure which route or campsite works best for your RV, call or text Palmerosa before arrival.
